Raise a glass and reconnect at Bachelot Hall! — Join us for a unique Alumni Pau Hana event featuring curated whiskey flights and a gourmet prime rib dinner in the beautifully renovated Bachelot Memorial Hall & Performing Arts Center.
This special evening brings together alumni for a relaxed and refined experience, supported by two Maryknoll alumni-owned businesses:

Special Delivery Hawaii – a boutique marketing agency started by Gotaro Oshitari ’06, who previously served as the Director of Design & Marketing of Vintage Cave Honolulu — a world-class private club and fine dining destination celebrated for its French-Japanese cuisine and exceptional whiskey and wine program.

Hale Momona – Chasen St. Onge ’09 leads this family-rooted catering ʻohana with a foundation in nutrition, public health, and a deep love for cooking passed down through generations. A former executive chef, Chasen blends fine dining experience with cultural storytelling, crafting custom menus rooted in wellness, connection, and the belief that ʻai pono is medicine for the soul. Together with his wife Jayme-Lee and daughter Billie-Mae, Hale Momona continues to nourish modern ʻohana through food, tradition, and aloha.
