Alumni & MCA Lei Making Workshop

Join us for a hands-on experience and reconnect with your Maryknoll Community Alliance and alumni 'ohana! This cherished tradition brings together current parents and alumni to craft lei and share mo‘olelo.

Never made a lei before? No problem! We welcome everyone, no matter your experience. E komo mai!

We're aiming to create 300 stunning lei for all Alumni Week attendees!

How You Can Help:

Participate in the Workshop: Learn lei-making techniques and enjoy the camaraderie of crafting together.
Bring Flowers and Supplies: Donations are welcome and appreciated!
- Needles, thread, and other lei-making supplies
- Ti leaf
- Plumeria
- Puakenikeni
- Crown flower (white or purple)

Limited flowers will be provided, so contributions help us blossom together!

Why We Make Lei:

To celebrate our Maryknoll community
To honor the tradition of giving and receiving aloha
To symbolize our collective growth and connection, each of us a budding flower in the lei that is Maryknoll

These lei will be gifted to all Alumni Lūʻau attendees, thanks to the generosity of alumni and MCA parents.
