Jasmine Chow '17 Honored as 4th Princess on 2024 Narcissus Court

Jasmine was recently awarded the Certificate of Recognition at the state capitol as the 4th Princess on the 2024 Narcissus Court by Andrew Phomsouvanh, who currently serves as the Legislative &  Public Affairs Specialist for the Honolulu City Council.
