This year, the Maryknoll High School campus came alive with laughter, excitement, and fellowship as the entire Spartan community gathered for the much-anticipated Spartan Fall Fest. From students and parents to alumni and faculty, the event brought together Spartans of all ages for an unforgettable evening of fun, food, and Spartan Fellowship!

We are delighted to share the highlights from our recent Noblesse Oblige Award & Scholarship Dinner, which took place on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the Maryknoll Community Center. The evening was an overwhelming success, far surpassing our expectations, and it was all made possible through the incredible support of our parents, alumni, faculty, and the extended Maryknoll community.

Maryknoll School recently celebrated a significant milestone with the grand reopening of the newly renovated Bachelot Memorial Hall, which now serves as the school's first-ever Performing Arts Center. Named after Father Alexis Bachelot, one of the pioneering Catholic missionaries to Hawaii, Bachelot Hall has been a cornerstone of our school's history and community since 1923.

We are excited to host a group of teachers from Korea to our campus!

This year’s Baccalaureate Mass and Class Night were truly memorable events, rich in tradition. 

 As the Class of 2024 prepares to graduate, we share a heartfelt message from their Grade Level Coordinator, Ainona Petelo.

Spartan shoutout to senior Kainalu Barsana-Szewczyk ‘24 for completing the incredible journey of the Centers for Tomorrow’s Leaders Fellows Program!

From Mr. Elliot Chamizo ‘61, the cherished historian and guardian of Maryknoll’s legacy. Though retired, his dedication to our school remains unwavering. As a substitute teacher, he continues to inspire our students, reminding them to hold the maroon and gold close to their hearts. The future is bright for our Maryknoll seniors!

With one day left as Spartans, our seniors share their heartfelt words, cherished memories, and gratitude in a testament to their alma mater.

As our seniors reach the end of their high school journey, one of their last class activities together was spending the day at St. Anthony’s Retreat Center reminiscing over tears, laughter and Spartan fellowship.

Jasmine was recently awarded the Certificate of Recognition at the state capitol as the 4th Princess on the 2024 Narcissus Court by Andrew Phomsouvanh, who currently serves as the Legislative &  Public Affairs Specialist for the Honolulu City Council. Congratulations, Jasmine! Grateful for the contributions of our talented alumni featured in the photo.

🌍 #SpartanShoutout to 9th grader Maya Kimura '27 for joining the NOAA Ocean Guardian Youth Ambassador Cohort 2 Program — embarking on a mission to usher our community into a brighter, plastic-free future. Maya presented her campaign to the 4th-grade class yesterday to spark a wave of change, informing students about our plastics problem & to make changes towards eliminating plastic use to help preserve our wildlife, oceans, and eco-system.

Mahalo to our Maryknoll ‘Ohana for their incredible generosity in this Easter season! With the support of our students, families, and faculty & staff, we were able to adopt 65 families in need, embodying the spirit of Noblesse Oblige.

Thank you to everyone who participated and fundraised for our 5^th Annual Spartan Run! We exceeded our fundraising goal, and we couldn’t have done it without all of you! Every gift enhances the Maryknoll experience for students to help fund critical needs of the school, from technology and supplies to opportunities for professional development for our faculty. Whether you were running, cheering, or dancing, we hope everyone had fun at the Spartan Run!

Congratulations to our Lady Spartans, who were crowned as 2024 Div II HHSAA Girls Basketball Champions! 

Congratulations again to our 3-time Pac-Five Girls Varsity II Soccer State Champions! In the division II girls soccer championship match on Saturday at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Complex, Pac-Five recorded 1-0 win over Kamehameha-Hawai‘i after two overtimes and penalty kicks.
